At Spóca Kitchen and Bath, remodeling is more than a checklist of tasks—it’s about creating a home that reflects how you live today and how you want to live tomorrow.
That’s why our process is intentionally organized and deeply personal. From the first conversation through final installation, you’ll have a clear roadmap, a dedicated team, and a designer who guides you through each decision with steady communication and practical expertise. We work with you—in your home, at your pace—so you feel confident about what you’re choosing and why it works.
The result is a smoother project, fewer surprises, and a space that feels right for daily life (and the people you love having over).
Many of our clients are reimagining a home they’ve loved for years—ready to adapt it for retirement, growing families, or simply easier, more enjoyable everyday living.
Whether you choose Design-Only or Full-Service, our process brings clarity and structure to every step. We get to know how you live, how your home functions, and what matters most—so we can guide you with purpose and confidence.
We follow a structured, supportive approach designed to simplify your remodel—whether we’re providing a design plan only or managing the full project alongside you. Together, we’ll imagine the possibilities and craft a thoughtful path to make them a reality.
We begin with a inquiry call and Lena’s discovery meeting to understand your space, goals, and lifestyle. You’ll tell us what’s working, what’s not, and what you hope your kitchen or bath can do for you.
We develop a functional layout tailored to your space and habits—backed by 2D plans, 3D renderings, and expert recommendations.
For Full-Service clients, this phase includes a visit from our professional organizer to inventory your kitchen or bath and help you prepare for the redesign process.
Product selection is available as part of our design packages.
For design clients, we guide you through curated material choices—cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures, and more—ensuring every selection supports the overall design.
If you’re sourcing materials independently, visit our Products page to learn about our available vendor lines.
If you’re in a Full-Service Design relationship, we’ll coordinate with contractors and trade partners, place and track product orders, and visit the job site weekly to ensure your design is executed accurately and on schedule.
If you’re managing your own project with a contractor, we’ll provide everything needed to move forward with clarity.
We conduct a project close-out to ensure all design elements are complete and functioning as planned. You’ll receive care tips, warranty details, and helpful advice to enjoy your space for years to come.
“I want to be able to tell you that working with Lena made all my dreams come true, but the truth is, the kitchen we designed together is better than I could have ever imagined. From the initial consultation to the design process to the selection of materials and products and on through the build and completion, Lena has always focused on getting to know me, my space, and my personality to be able to create a space that is exactly what I wanted, yet includes all the things that I need, even when I didn’t quite know either of those things myself.“
